Nozzle is broken

After I installed the nozzle correctly. After a few passes of the head, the nozzle fell out and broke. In the process, it damaged the substrate.

Glad I purchased

I was having issues and thought it was my nozzles, turns out I just needed to take apart my extruder and when I put back together it worked. Appreciate all the assistance from flashforge. The nozzles work great!
